Business Manager

Responsibilities:

1.Client maintenance and sales management: Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and managing the entire sales process to ensure both customer satisfaction and sales performance improvement.
2.Sales strategy and client expansion: Develop precise sales plans, actively collect customer information, conduct visits, and deeply explore customer needs.Drive business growth through effective market expansion strategies and explore new market opportunities.
3.Product solutions and cost control: Tailor product solutions based on customer characteristics, strictly control sales costs, and fully enhance sales volume and profit margins.
4.Risk assessment and contract management: Improve customer risk assessment systems, efficiently complete sales contract signings, monitor payment collection throughout the process, effectively increase the payment recovery rate, prevent bad debt risks, and ensure the company’s financial security.
5.Resource coordination and problem-solving: Coordinate internal and external resources, promptly resolve issues arising during cooperation, enhance customer experience, actively seek customer referrals, and expand business channels.

Requirements:

1.College degree or above, with over 2 years of experience in printing or packaging-related fields, familiar with business processes.
2.Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities, capable of quickly building trust with customers and establishing solid client relationships.
3.Responsible, proactive in taking ownership, and actively solving problems.

Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

1.Manage the entire procurement process, including supplier development, inquiry, price comparison, negotiation, contract signing, and order follow-up.
2.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and handle exceptions during procurement (e.g., delays, quality issues).
3.Maintain and optimize supplier resources, regularly evaluate supplier performance, and reduce procurement costs.
4.Collaborate closely with production, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient execution of procurement needs.
5.Organize procurement data, regularly analyze procurement trends, and optimize procurement strategies.
6.Complete other procurement-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1.Fluency in Vietnamese, Thai, or Spanish, with the ability to conduct business negotiations and email communication proficiently.
2.Excellent teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills, with strong stress tolerance.
3.Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word, with basic data processing skills.
4.Strong sense of responsibility, adaptable to fast-paced work environments, and willing to accept short-term business trips or assignments.

Senior Finance Specialist

Responsibilities:

1.Financial Accounting:
(1) Handle daily financial accounting tasks to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
(2) Prepare financial reports and conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.
2.Financial System Implementation:
(1) Participate in the implementation of financial systems, including demand analysis, process design, and data migration.
(2) Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth system implementation and stable operation.
3.Process Optimization and Efficiency Improvement:
(1) Evaluate existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and drive implementation.
(2) Enhance financial work efficiency and reduce operational costs through the application of system tools.
4.Assist in other finance-related tasks, such as tax planning and audit coordination.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
2.Over 3 years of financial work experience, with preference given to those experienced in financial accounting and financial system implementation.
3.Strong data analysis and process optimization skills.
4.Excellent learning and problem-solving abilities.
5.Basic spoken English communication skills.

HR Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment Management: Develop and execute recruitment plans, organize interviews, screen resumes, and ensure recruitment targets are met.
2.Performance Management: Organize performance appraisals, provide feedback and improvement suggestions, and drive employee performance enhancement.
3.Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll accounting and benefits administration to ensure a fair and reasonable compensation system.
4.Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, maintain a positive work environment, and organize employee activities.
5.System Development: Develop and improve human resources policies to ensure compliant and efficient management processes.
6.Administrative Management: Oversee company administrative tasks, including office environment management, material procurement, and equipment maintenance.
7.Safety Management: Manage fire safety, organize regular safety training and drills, and ensure operational safety.

Requirements:

1.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related fields.
2.Work Experience: Over 3 years of HR experience, familiar with recruitment, performance, compensation, and other modules.
3.Professional Skills: Proficient in HR management processes and relevant laws and regulations.
4.Personal Competencies: Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills; highly responsible and resilient under pressure.
5.English Proficiency: CET-4 or above, with preference given to those with spoken English communication skills.
